How would I work with you as a personal trainer?

I specialize in working with mature clients, whose bodies are starting to show the usual effects of aging.  I design exercise programs that help to defer and offset those effects, using strength, flexibility, and balance training.  I also work with clients with arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure and other common conditions.
